Our position
Why a parent company
American healthcare does not have a single problem that one product can solve. The clinician drowning in documentation, the coder chasing a denial, and the compliance officer reading a new CMS rule are living three different versions of the same underlying gap.
So we build focused products, each owning one of those jobs properly, on top of shared infrastructure. ClearNotes AI takes on clinical documentation. RegulaAI takes on marketing governance. More will follow, and each one inherits the same security model, the same clinical context, and the same governance.
That structure is deliberate. It means a health system can adopt one product, prove the value, and add the next without starting a second integration from scratch.
